Returns/Refunds are given for items damaged during shipment or mistakenly shipped items. Customer must contact The Ghillie Suit Store within 24 hours of receipt of damaged or mistakenly shipped items. Do not ship items back until you have received approval for a refund or exchange. Refunds will not be given for items that are denied from the shipper.
