WHAT EXACTLY IS A GHILLIE SUIT & WHAT IS IT USED FOR?

A ghillie suit is a type of camouflage clothing designed to resemble heavy underbrush. It is typically made from a net or cloth garment covered in loose strips of cloth or twine. The most common type of material used for this is burlap. Ghillie suits are commonly used by military snipers, hunters and paintballers because it gives them extreme concealment capabilities. These suits are used to remain undetected in wilderness areas, thus improving the odds of being able to shoot their target without being seen.

ARE YOUR SUITS FIRE RETARDANT?

Here at The Ghillie Suit Store, we care about the safety of our customers. All of our suits are fire retardant. Our new light-weight ghillie suits are made with synthetic materials that are naturally fire retardant. All of our other suits are either pre-treated with a Class "A" fire retardant, or come with a bag of dry fire retardant for you to apply yourself.

HOW ARE YOUR PRICES SO MUCH LESS THAN OTHERS? ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NOT AS GOOD?

As a matter of fact, our products are of the highest quality available. Our prices are so low because we love our products and love to share them with everyone. We feel that by offering such low prices, people who would normally not be able to afford the best suits available, can now enjoy these great suits without breaking the bank. We just want to reach more people with our amazing products. We believe that everyone deserves to have fun enjoying a good ghillie suit, so we try our hardest to make sure that everyone can afford them, it's that simple.

WHY DO YOU CHARGE LESS FOR SHIPPING THAN OTHERS? 

We found that a lot of customers were getting frustrated with not being able to buy our great products because it costs so much to have them shipped. Our customers asked us to lower our shipping charges, so we did. This goes back to our desire to make our wonderful products available to everyone. All of our shipping rates are automatically calculated by our shipping carrier, UPS, so we simply reduced the weight of each and every product by half so that UPS calculates the lower weight, thus charging you less. We simply pay the difference for you when we ship your product out. In essence, we are paying at least half of your shipping charges for you. In addition to that, anyone who's cart totals more than $150, we pay for the entire shipping cost ourselves.

IS YOUR ORDERING PROCESS SECURE?

Our website is hosted by Stores Online through their server. The entire ordering process is secured through their server and certified by VeriSign. The VeriSign certificate can be viewed by clicking on the VeriSign logo on the payment information page of our ordering form.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we do ship internationally but special arrangements must be made. Due to customs issues in certain countries, we may not be able to ship to your country. International shipping costs must be calculated on an individual basis. If you wish to make an international purchase, simply email us using the contact form on our contact page. Include your name, address, and products you are interested in, and we will contact you within 48 hours with your shipping rates.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PRODUCT ONCE IT IS ORDERED?

We pride ourselves on fast delivery. Once you place your order, we process your order within 24 to 48 hours and our wharehouse usually ships your order within 3 to 5 business days. After that, it depends upon where you live that determines how long the shipping process takes. 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PRODUCT HAS SHIPPED AND WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE?

You can  track your order through our websit. Simply click on the Track Your Order button at the top of the page, then enter your order number from your receipt, and you will be able to check the status of your order. If your order has been shipped, you will see a package tracking number. Simply use that tracking number to check the arrival date through the shipper's tracking website.
